Delete your Pack account

You can request account deletion without signing into Pack or reinstalling the app. Magyarul.

Send a deletion request

Email csaba.rakasz@gmail.com with the subject “Pack account deletion”. Ask to delete your account and its associated personal data. Use the email address associated with your account. If you cannot access it, explain that in your message so account ownership can be verified. Never send your password or a sign-in code.

Deletion in the app

If your version offers account deletion, open You → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Apple-linked accounts require fresh Apple sign-in in the iPhone app. If the option is missing or deletion fails, use the email route above. Uninstalling Pack does not delete your account.

Data covered by your request

A full account deletion request covers your profile, dog records, uploaded photos, messages, connections, account-linked activity and live location shares. Shared park entries may remain after the link to your account is removed. Copies other people saved outside the app cannot be recalled.

Retention and completion

A request does not instantly remove information from every system or backup. Ask for confirmation of completion and information about any data retained, its reason and retention period. Ending a location-sharing session stops access to that session; it is separate from account deletion.
